Interbike Sept 23, 2008 - Taqueria Canonita

Well here I am in Las Vegas!

Other than for the flight into town, my first day at Interbike was actually fairly restful. I arrived in town in time for a 12:00 seminar. The show does not officially open until 9am this morning, yesterday was demos & seminars. I came in early to do the two seminars. Both were informative and worth the early flight in. After my last seminar ended at 3:30 I went in search of food. Over the years I have managed to find a few restaurants in Vegas that are actually good, if expensive. Tonight i ate at Taqueria Canonita in the Venetian.

The food there is not your typical tex-mex fare. The presentation is wonderful, and the food is unique and different. The services was good as well. As for atmosphere, well it is a bit odd to be sitting on a 'patio' overlooking a fake Venetian canal while eating Mexican food, but it is Vegas after all.

If you are looking for Mexican food with flair I would recommend the restaurant.

Today is 'bike day' for me. I will be previewing virtually all of our current bike lines' 09 product offerings. I will also be looking at a few things we are considering adding for next year.
